If Ravenwild could redirect to a different rank than the original target, 
this would be a more difficult question.  However, her text specifically 
states that the new target has to be in the same rank as the 
original.  With only one character in the rank initially targeted, the 
range of options is pretty narrow.

Since her text really makes a difference, here is the full react:

Ravenwild
React: Once per turn, after a character in your army is targeted with a 
melee strike, ranged strike or action, select another character in the same 
rank who becomes the new target.
