TO HELP AT BIG GAME NIGHT!

We are once again preparing to run the Big Game Night event at Gen Con in Indianapolis in August. The event will run on Friday August 2nd.

In order to make the event work we need to form a cadre of Helpers who will assist our staff. Helpers may “GM” groups of tables, answering rules questions and providing guidance on how to set up and score the games being played; or they may assist the staff in marshaling the queue of gamers waiting to be seated; or they may help assemble packages for players; or they may assist in other duties like collecting debris, distributing product, directing traffic, etc.

This year as a way of saying “thank you” for helping we’ll gift each household that helps with free copies of the Big Game Night game package (consisting of Nocturne, Cascadia Rolling Hills & Truffle Shuffle.) Each Helper will also be offered $50 in credit at our booth in the exhibit hall.

This event will run for 4 hours on Friday from 8pm to 12pm. We expect the Helpers to be available starting at 6:30pm for a pre-event briefing and some initial setup work and we should be complete with the wrap up of the event by 12:30am. Helpers must plan to be be present for the entire 6 hour period.

When we have received enough GM signups we’ll close the form to new applicants so this is your best opportunity to participate if you are interested!
