As an Embassy, you will receive the following benefits:
– An Embassy account on AlderacStore.com.
– Placement as an Embassy on our Store Locator.
– Order any in-stock demo games at a cost of $5 per game.
– Request free replacements for components when they become irreconcilably worn or are rendered unplayable through accidental damage (subject to availability).
– A free window sticker that identifies your business as an AEG Embassy.
– Free “inside the lid” stickers for all demo games that link to How-to-Play videos.
Shipping for orders is calculated based on size, weight, and location of delivery. Orders typically take 5-7 business days for delivery. (Terms for discount & shipping may vary. Variant terms, if any, will be described in the product listings.)

Participation in this program has several requirements:
1. Your business or public library must:
a. Have a brick-and-mortar location.
b. Maintain an active board game library.
c. Maintain a clean, safe, and open space to play games.
d. Have staff available to recommend and possibly teach games to customers.
e. Mainly operate as a place to play board games rather than to buy board games. (Examples would be board game cafes, board game bars, or public libraries).
2. You agree not to sell any merchandise purchased through this program, or to knowingly convey any merchandise purchased through this program to any person or company who may do so.
3. All payments will be made by credit card. No COD orders or net terms.
4. Receipt of orders is your responsibility; AEG will not reimburse for orders that are reported missing or stolen after delivery.
By enrolling in this program, you are giving consent for AEG to send you email newsletters and special offers and promotions, and to send you surface mail. This consent is presumed to comply with the terms of the GDPR for European stores and for all state and federal privacy rules for US stores.
