What’s in the mystery box?
We are excited that we have received many questions about the mystery box deal. The mystery box will not be shipping until early June, as we are waiting for the arrival of one of the items in the box to our warehouse. While we will not spoil the surprise, we can assure you that we have taken into account that many of you may already own a lot of our games or will be purchasing other deals throughout the month. Why isn’t the Welcome15 discount working?
Being a game company means that we have some of the best min-maxers in the business testing and designing our games, but our players always find things we missed. In the case of the Daily Dice Deals, the deals are already so good we cannot, even accidentally, allow double-dipping to occur. During our Daily Dice Deals sale, all other discounts have been temporarily disabled.
Why can’t I place an order from the EU?
We’re sorry, due to the recent VAT law changes we had to temporarily disable shipping to the EU and other surrounding countries. We are working with a new fulfillment partner to restore the ability to ship webstore orders, but unfortunately this will not be resolved before the end of the sale.
I am trying to order Cliffs of Cold Harbor, but it isn’t discounted in my cart.
Cliffs of Cold Harbor automatically comes with a free copy of the Advanced Guild Pack, because of the way this is built in our system it will not allow additional discounts to be applied. As a workaround, you can place your order and reach out to us at customerservice@alderac.com, and we can issue a partial refund, so you can still get the item at a great price.
I placed multiple orders, can you combine them?
