Here at AEG, we’ve been hard at work figuring out how to get more fun to you, our community. A lot of this has been in the works for awhile, so we’re excited to pull back the curtain and share what’s new, exciting projects are in the works for the next half of 2025 and beyond!
Our next Kickstarter - Into the Fun Factory!
First off, everyone welcome W.M. Fun. He is the representative for our next Kickstarter campaign, Into the Fun Factory! He has a flood of fantastically fun future feats to share with you!
Mr. Fun will be announcing all things about our upcoming campaign next Tuesday June 24th! Prepare to be overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of fun we have crammed into games new and old when we bust open the doors to the Fun Factory!
Smash Up Fans, it's on.
We’ve got big news! finally, new content is coming! Half the Battle and two brand-new single factions will be featured in the Fun Factory campaign. Even better? We’re reprinting out-of-print fan favorites, with the presses already rolling.
And as if that’s not enough, we’re teaming up with the innovative print-on-demand service Artiforge. Soon, you’ll be able to order specific Smash Up factions on-demand—perfect for filling in your collection one faction at a time.

We will be running BIG 30 targeted sales for the remainder of 2025. This July, once the Gen Con shipments are out the door, we’re opening up the warehouse for a LIVE Wonderful Warehouse Sale. Expect buried treasures, last-chance items, scratch-and-dent deals, and a few surprises we dug out just for this. It’s first-come, first-served—and when it’s gone, it’s gone!

Our Gencon Big Game Night, where we are playing three great new titles from our wonderful partners at Flatout Games, is so much fun it is already Sold Out! But that is not the only party we are throwing. You can still join us for our 30th Birthday Bash at Gen Con!
Join us for PARTY MODE—where everyone plays together with no player limits! We’ll be running huge games of Tiny Towns, The Guild of Merchant Explorers, and Ready, Set, Bet.

We’re thrilled to announce that Knitting Circle, Point Galaxy, and Propolis will be available at your FLGS & online this fall! Knitting Circle is a follow up to the ever popular Calico; this time, your feline friend will help you create the coziest, most beautiful garments! Look forward to Point Galaxy, the newest addition to the Point Salad family of games, now in SPACE. And lastly, Propolis is a big engine building worker placement strategy game in a small box (with BEE-ples!)
Upcoming titles coming in 2025 and beyond
While we still have a lot of work ahead of us, we’re excited to share some details on our upcoming titles.
The Ultimate Card Crafting Experience: John D Clair’s Mystic Vale was the first card crafting game and many incredible games have built on that foundation. With his latest design, John and the AEG team take a fresh look at the genre and set out to deliver a next-level experience, one that captures the beauty and wonder that card crafting can provide, paired with immersive, elevated gameplay. Electrify- An Engine Builder like no other – John D Clair has also been working on an engine builder like no other! This title has the entire team excited, from the artwork to the gameplay, this one will be a gem
Where is Josh Wood going next?? – You joined Josh Wood on his COVID-canceled trip planning journey in Let’s Go! to Japan, and shared in the joy of playing and planning your own trips to Japan. We’re excited to share that Josh’s adventures in travel are just beginning. On July 14, he’ll reveal the next destination we’ll be planning together.
Designers! Have you created AEG’s next great game? Our pitch funnel is back open and expect to see lots of info about what we are looking for in the next few weeks.
Lastly, we are bringing the fun to more of our fans. Fans in the EU can now shop AEG games with our partners at Boardgame Select, and all orders of €75 and above have free shipping. We are so happy we were able to make this happen, and the response has been incredible. Soon, AEG will be expanding our own online store to serve even more locations, including both the UK and Australia!
